The Daily Thank You

Daily Thank You

No matter how bad things are, no matter how sad or disappointed or frustrated you’re feeling, there’s ONE THING guaranteed to flip it around and make you feel happy and at peace once more.

And that’s to focus on what’s RIGHT with your world… like the special PEOPLE in your life.

Just thinking about them puts a smile back on your face, a spring back into your step, a song back into your heart.

But how often do you tell them… “Thank you for being a part of my life”?

Well, why not start doing it today – as a kind of ‘Gratitude Challenge’.

I’m inviting people I know, and who are willing to try this out for the next 30 days, to tell just ONE special person in their life every day – “Thank you”.

For anything.

In any way you like.

  • Maybe a tweet on Twitter
  • Send an email
  • Shoot them a private message on a forum
  • Or an SMS message on the cell
  • Make a phone call
  • Mail a postcard or a letter
  • Or even visit them in person
  • Send your thank you via carrier pigeon, if you want! 🙂

The idea is to express your gratitude – and watch as the impact of that enriches every aspect of your life.

So… are YOU in?

Will you join “The Daily Thank You” club today?

Here’s all you’ve got to do.

Starting today, and for the next 30 days, you’ll send someone special in your life a note saying “Thank you for…” (and explain what you’re thankful for).

And then, after you’ve done, post a short note saying you’ve done it (if you like, you may even say whom you wrote to).

This event is happening across social networks, so pick your place to share:

Let’s unleash a wave of gratefulness!

And invite your friends to join in. Point them to this post.

Thank you for being a part of this event!
